Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of care. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may be charged.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we do offer some flexibility with our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. However, we do ask that patients make every effort to provide as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
